It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sonnie Bill Sutherland (Nephi, Utah), born in Orem, Utah, who passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alger Sutherland and Zella Sutherland; his son John Sutherland (Jan); his brother Tom; his sister-in-law Yvonne; and his in-laws, Leonard and Ruth Garfield.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dawn Garfield; his sons, Brad (Debbie), Jim (DeAnn) and Mike (Tammie); and his sister Ann Wall (Norman). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mona 1st Ward (65 E 100 N, Mona, UT 84645).
