She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Donald Tolley and Elda Schwartz Tolley; and her granddaughter Chelsea Williams. She is survived by: her former husband Max K. Williams; her children, Jason R. Williams (Darcey) and Jolie Williams; her grandchildren, Emilee, Sierra, Kelsie and Hayden Williams; and her sister ADene Taylor.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions the family requests that all who attend wear a mask and maintain social distancing requirements.
