He was predeceased by: his father John Earl Warner. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Brough; his wife Crystal Aliece Boyd; his children, Alexis Aliece Pack and Kyran Ryan Warner; his foster son Melvin Jensen; his siblings, Robbie Warner (Tammy), Patrick Warner (Jalena) and Michelle Davidson (Jeff); and his friend Lisa Hickerson (Steve). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
