He was predeceased by: his parents, Garth Hazel and RaNae Hazel (Kelsey); his brother Larry Hazel; and his mother-in-law Alice Lance. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hazel; his children, Travis Lance, Ashley Hazel, Bronson Hazel (Alexis), KayAna Hazel, Tristan Hazel and Payton Hazel; and his grandchildren, Haygen Wilden, Kaizlynn Hazel, Brylee Hazel, Paisley Jackson, Draven Hazel and Aspen Lance.
