She is survived by: her parents, Hal Okelberry and Carter Okelberry of North Carolina; her grandparents, Boyd Carter, Janet Carter and Russell Maughan; her siblings, Greg Carter (Talena), Sheri Kimlinger (Eric), Kyle Carter (Cassie), Stacy Mickelson (Michael) and Michael Carter; and also Gay Dean Okelberry (David) of Mona. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
