He was predeceased by: his parents, Lamar Winter and Faye Winter; his sister Judy Bosh; his nephew Marty Bosh; and his granddaughter Breanna Wall.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Garrett; his children, Steven Winter (Angie), Monica Knudsen (Colebee) and Robert Winter (Krisit); and his siblings, Richard Winter and Carol Midkiff (Dan). He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
