He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Andersen; his children, Larry Blake Broadhead (Walline) of Perry, Kevin Ray Broadhead (Jana) of Nephi, Jeffery Scott Broadhead (Susan) of Post Falls and Denise Roy (DJ) of Riverton, Utah.; his grandchildren, Brett Kevin Broadhead, Michael Ray, Joni Broadhead, Brandon Blake, Bailey Broadhead, Ben Bryan, Jessica Broadhead, Jordan Donald, Rachel Roy, Tyler Jeffery, Tessa Roy, Gwendolyn Adelia Broadhead, Abby Broadhead, Stephan Franz and RJ Ellis (Elaina Rae Hutchin); his great grandchildren, Ridge Brett, Stren Larry, Reggie Jo, Easton Kevin, Rayleigh Sage, Slade Michael, Jemma May, Rawlyns Kay, Blakelyn Elaine and Hazel Ann; and his brothers, David Broadhead (Bonnie) of St. George and Fenton Broadhead (Carol) of Rexburg.
