He is survived by: his stepmother Evelyn Hiatt Bosh Hansen; and his siblings, Steven Bosh, K'Lyne Gentry, Larry Bosh, Jeri Ann Mathias, Richard Bostwick, Michael Bostwick, Darrel Bostwick and Jan Thompson.
