He was predeceased by: his father Ron L Davis. He is survived by: his mother Susan Ann Anderson Davis; his former wife Katrina Minnick; his wife Erin Ellyn Hardesty; his children, Mariah O'very (Jake), Zachary Davis (Elizabeth), Trevor Davis, Victoria Bills (Chance), Dakota Davis, Abigayle Todd (Caleb) and Melissa Davis; and his brothers, Ron, Roger and Jeremy. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
