He is survived by: his wife Jamie; his children, Jenna Shepherd (Jerry), Chett Coombs (Trisha), Camee Brough (Kade) and Hayden Coombs (McKenzie); his parents, Doyle Coombs and Ann Coombs; his parents-in-law, Jim and Dixie Sperry; his siblings, Patsy Ragle, Khristie Allred (Perry), Tawhnye Evans (Randy), Torry Coombs (Tina), Roger Sperry, Curg Sperry (Carleen) and Jared Sperry (Carla); and also, Kelly, Jhet, Karsen, Waycee, Caydence, Brooklyn, Lucy, Hannah, Remee, Sunee and Hudson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
