She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Foote and Elnora Foote; her husband Don Carl Wendel; and her siblings, Veda Bernice, Melba, Knight, Donna Bailey (Dick) and Lawrence Foote (Jean).
She is survived by: her spouse Charles K. Jones; her brother Glen D. Foote; her children, Micheal D. (Jill), Charles R. (Connie), Sheri L. Love (Michael), Kimberly A. Hover, Shawn K. Jones and Tanna L. Wendel; and also Deon Peterson. She is also survived by children, several foster children and adopted their beloved, Tanna "Banana." Judy loved to be surrounded by her children and family and devoted much of her life to raising her own, caring for her grandchildren, foster children and many other children.
