He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elden Ord and Leola Ord; his wife Margaret; his sons, Jonathan Ord (Stacey), Patrick Ord (Emily), Andrew Ord (Allison), Michael Ord (Elizabeth) and Peter Ord (Megan); and his siblings, Claudia McKell (Eldon), Karen Stowe (Ken), Steven Ord (Linda) and Tim Ord (Carrie). He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
