He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Leftwich and Jeanine Leftwich of Provo, Utah.; his wife Mary Lu; his daughters, Michelle and Jolayne; his grandchildren, Jessica, Talon and Sage; and his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Daygen. He was also cherished by one brother and four sisters... and many many friends.
