He was predeceased by: his parents, Angus Ingram and Ada Ingram; his sisters, Linda Ingram and Jean; his brothers-in-law, Ed Jackson, Homer Shepherd, Doug York and Larry Lazenby; his parents-in-law, John Thomas and Myra Lazenby; and his sister-in-law Darlene Lazenby.
He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Jackie Pew (Walter) of Nephi, Kelly Ingram (Deb) of Nephi and Marci Wankier (Rod) of Levan; his sisters, Connie Shepherd, Norma York, Pat Lofgran (Gene) and Deanna Fisher (Frank); his siblings-in-law, Kevin Lazenby (Jamie) and Annie Lazenby; his niece Joann Boggess; his caregivers, Julieann Parkin and Jennifer White; and his son-in-law Walter Pew. He is also survived by 10 grandkids and 18 great grandkids.
