He is survived by: his wife Martha Campbell; his children, Julie, Brooke (Crystal Becerra), Sherry (Greg Hooten), Jeffrey (Pauli), Amanda (Brett Branch), Denver and Siovhan (Kazia); and his grandchildren, Tawsha, Juliann, Devin, Kenyon, Mahalia, Kaiya, Drew, Nate, Carmen and Corey (CJ). He is also survived by extended family, including many cousins, uncles, and aunts.
