With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Glenn Carter (Nephi, Utah), born in Payson, Utah, who passed away on January 16, 2019 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Holman Carter and Zella Irene Stephensen; and his siblings, Jerry, Donell, Keith, Daryl Carter and Shanna Cox.

He is survived by: his wife Irene; his sons, Richard James (Patricia), Jason James, Darren James (PattiJean), Jared James (Katherine) and Justin James (Sarah); his siblings, Luena Francom, Connie Dubinsky and Karl Carter; and also Linda. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
