He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Eugene and Vay Worthington; his son-in-law Troy Ballow; his granddaughter Jaylynn Anderson; and his great grandchild Makayla Mcpherson.
He is survived by: his close friends, Clark Adams, Don Ipsen and Carl Howard; and his children, Tamara Casper Tabiona (Mike), Sherie Partridge Payson (Doug), Ronda Ballow of Levan, Greg Worthington Nephi and Brent Worthington Nephi. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
