She was predeceased by: her parents, Effie Nelson and John Shannon; her husband Dave; her children, Davy and Patricia; her sisters, Dorothy Jean and Mary Alice; and her granddaughter Kelsi.
She is survived by: her close friend David C. Newsome Sr.; her children, Shawna Harr (Keven), Russ Newsome (Tracey), Jed Newsome (Melissa), Sarah Webb (Joshua) and Tommy Newsome (Andrea); and her siblings, Darlene Baniak, Evelyn McCabe (John) and John Clark.
