He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard and Pearl; his siblings, Kenneth, Phillis, Erma, Lucille and Joyce; and his son-in-law George Rollins.
He is survived by: his wife ZoAnn Allred Belliston of Nephi; and his children, Elvon Belliston of Nephi, Kay Crosby (Billy) of Centerfield, Ellen Crosby (Creed) of Fountain Green, Alice Stokes (Mike) of Logan, Beth Rollins (late George) of Castledale and Karl Belliston (Rachael) of Nephi. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 25 (soon to be 26) great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, many nieces and nephews and his best friend.
