He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Ray and Isabell Norma King Ashworth; and his sister Sharon Ashworth Huntsman (Brian) of Levan, Utah.. He is survived by: his wife Lorie; his children, Kyle Ashworth of Mountain Green, Shellie Ashworth of Nephi, Tyson Ashworth (Amanda) of Nephi and Bryson Ashworth (Krystal) of Nephi; and his grandchildren, Jaken, Kasen, Kaylee, Maddie, Avery, Brynlee, Mason and Brogan.
