He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Leland and Gladys Preal Kendall Tolley; his wife Iris Park Tolley; his brother Fred Maurice Tolley; his sister-in-law JoAnn Tolley; his sister Beth Burton; and his granddaughter Michelle Tolley.
He is survived by: his children, Mark (Judy), David, Russell (Kimberlee) and Dianne Nelson (Blaine); and his sister Susan Pew (Karl). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
