She was predeceased by: her mother Kathleen Vincent Powers; and her grandparents, Jack, Beverly Powers, Ronald and Beverly Vincent.

She is survived by: her father Jack Powers of Salem, UT; and her siblings, Julie Howell (Ryan) of Mapleton, UT, Carrie Mair (Aaron) of Honolulu, HI, Emily Choules (Wade) of Salem, UT, Daniel Powers (Kelsie) of Heber City, UT, John Powers (Charlotte) of Heber City, UT and Andrew Powers. She is also survived by 18 nieces & nephews, and 1 grandniece.

“I have fond memories of spending time with cousin Amy when I was young. I’m thankful we could reconnect at the Nielson family reunion a few months ago. She was open, warm and easy to talk to.
