He was predeceased by: his parents, Spencer Kay and Mabel Fowkes Kay; and his brothers, Larry, Joseph, Brent and Douglas.
He is survived by: his wife Terrie Lee Zabriskie; his daughters, Shauna Kay, Lori Veater (Ron), Tiffanie Cowles (Ryan) and Rachel Coomes (Joel); and his siblings, Janet Craig (Carl) and Richard Kay (RaeLene). He is also survived by his wife, four children, thirteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
