He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Rebecca Alice Hartle Haslem; and his son Dan Haslem. He is survived by: his wife Leah Haslem; his children, Alan Haslem (LeeAnn) and Tammy Kelly (Jason); and his daughter-in-law Betty Haslem. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
