It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jay B. Horrocks (Neola, Utah), who passed away on May 5, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Deane Jennings, Max and Don. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Cherie Green (Dale), Susan Baird (Thomas), Brian Horrocks (Linda), Daren Horrocks (Joy), Danelle Skolmoski (Pete) and Lisa Sweeten (James); and his brother Blaine Horrocks (Joann) of Neola, UT.. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 25 (soon 28) great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please contribute to the LDS Church Missionary or Humanitarian Funds.
