He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Fietkau McDonald; his sister Sharon Saloga; and his brother-in-law Rae Ames. He is survived by: his father Val McDonald; his wife Leslee Dawn McDonald; his children, Toni Hicken, Roosevelt and Travis McDonald (Samantha); his grandchildren, Celeste Hicken, Brendon Hicken, Raelee Stringham (Rysten), Brodee Hicken and Mason McDonald; and his siblings, Susan Doran, Sandy Ames, Roosevelt, Brian McDonald (Connie) and Neola. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
