He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Penman Gustafson; his parents, Carl Alexander and Doris Muriel Brockhurst; his siblings, Owen Kent Gustafson and Joyce Crystal; his siblings-in-law, Ralph Crystal, Ron Penman, Dale Parker, Paul Chesterman and Norma Penman; and his grandchildren, Carson Dimond and Alene Gustafson.
He is survived by: his brother Preston; his children, Annissa Porter (Jeff), AnnaLee Dimond (Steve), Jennie Dopp (Ryan), Jon Gustafson (Camille), Julie Van Zweden (Nate) and Matthew Gustafson (Kimi); his sisters-in-law, Sharon Peterson (Fred), Ella Parker, Shirley Atkinson (Lynn), Kathy Penman, Margie Penman-Chesterman and Anita Penman Harrignton; and also, Carl and Kent. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and one great grandson.
