He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Walker and Jennie Thacker Bleazard; his sister Lynda; and his daughter Addie Kofford. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Davies; his siblings, Shawna Evans (Tom) and Joe Bleazard (Angie); his daughters, Becky Steele (Dave) and Jamie Case (Jim); his son-in-law James Kofford; his grandchildren, Jordan, Meghan, Dylan, Colton, Noah and Meia; and his pets, Crissy, Uey, Ty and Boomer.
