He was predeceased by: his significant other Terry King Joos; his former wife Patricia Anderson Joos; his parents, James Bob and Eliza'Pat'Joos; and his siblings, Evelyn Hartman, Melvin Blaine Joos and Ann Joos.
He is survived by: his children, Stefanie Dykes, Bryan Wade Joos (Stacey) and Loni Jakubowski (Julian); and his siblings, Ray Lynn Joos (Sherry), Dwight Joos (CA), Linda Pacheco (Marco) and Beverly Mathews. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
