He is survived by: his wife Jinhong Cheng (Lily); his children, Tamera Lee Holding (Rick), Verl Rodney Harper (Kim) and Mark Morrell Harper; his grandchildren, Kimberley Cardon (Ben), Troy Holding, Sylvia Hugentobler (Ben), Cody Harper (Ella), Vandy Harper and Chandler Sipe (Jacob); his siblings, Carolann Ludlow, Michael Harper (Carol), Linda Costanza (Leanard), Neil Scott and Bruce Scott; and also Gang Yang (Gordon). He is also survived by his great grandchildren.
