He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Brinton and Alice May Wright Neff; and his brother William "Bill" Neff. He is survived by: his wife Alice Parry Neff; his children, Steve Neff (Corey), John Neff (Rhonda), Brad Neff (Jersha), Dave Neff (Jamie), Sandy Pick and Debbie Hunter (Brian); and his brothers, Tom Neff (Janette), Jerry Neff (Barbara) and Ted Neff (Linda). He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter.
