He is survived by: his wife Jacque; his children, Robbie Madsen (Karyn) and Sharlynn Pantos; and his siblings, David Madsen (Kristine), Carolyn Anderson (Kraig) and Arlene Moser. He is also survived by 2 granddaughters, 4 grandsons.
