It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Ray Mayfield in Murray, Utah, who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melba Sparks Mayfield Wade and Vernon Hess Mayfield; his stepfather Francis Wade; his siblings, Kathy Larkins, Betty Thomson and Gary Wade; and his granddaughter Brittany.

He is survived by: his siblings, Margee Thomson and Bill Mayfield; his wife Cathy Mayfield; his daughter Wendy Mayfield; his former wife Carolyn Mayfield; and his children, Jennifer Groves (Mike Green), Stephanie Lyons (Kevin), Andrea Birch (Bryan) and Kyle Mayfield (Crystal). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
