He was predeceased by: his father Mark Dee Jeffs; and his brother-in-law Anthony David Cushing (Tony). He is survived by: his husband Dennis Owens; his mother LaRue Woodall Jeffs; his siblings, Jolene Ashcraft (Clyde), Mark Jeffs (Julie) and Paula Cushing; his nieces and nephews, Heather Ashcraft, David Ashcraft (Aubrie), Stacie Gerdes (Ben), Sarah Martin (Tanner), Haley Jeffs, Mackenzie Smith (Kolten), Lindsay Jeffs, Madison Cushing-Keochaleune (Chris) and Jakob Cushing; and his pet Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, colleagues, friends and family are encouraged to make a contribution to Huntsman Cancer Institute, Huntsman Cancer Institute Artspace Utah or Guadalupe School.
