He was predeceased by: his mother Coleen White. He is survived by: his father Randy White; his girlfriend Heather; his children, Levi, Mysterie and Nevaeh; and his siblings, Mike (Amber), Tom and Mary (Jason). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
