She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Herfurth and Alice Gillen; her husband John Newell Ward II; her son John N. Ward III (Mindy) of South Jordan; her grandchildren, Melissa, John, Jesse, Adam and Olivia; and her sister Candace Witherspoon of Scottsdale, Arizona.. She was also cherished by eight great grandchildren.
