He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stevenson and Phyllis Doxey McAfee. He is survived by: his wife June; his children, Steven McAfee (Jill), Todd McAfee (Gaby), Susan Davis (Stuart) and Patrice Rikli (Tony); and his sister Colleen Kitterman (Craig). He is also survived by Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
