He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Ernest Withers and Dorothy Lavetta Withers; his wife Mary Clayburn; and his sister June Withers. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mary Clayburn; and his siblings, Joan Stimits (Richard Stimits) of Colorado, Ronald Withers and Steven Withers.
