She was predeceased by: her husband Jay Hazelgren; and her brother Jim West. She is survived by: her children, Sherie Christensen (Steve), Linda Burtoft (Fred) and Brian Hazelgren (Ann); and her brother Robert West. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren.
