He was predeceased by: his aunt DeeAnn Bancroft. He is survived by: his parents, Leon Millard and Jeanine B. Webb; his siblings, Jeremy Peter Webb (Jennifer Elaine), Cameron Wilford Webb (Lindsey Dawn) and NellieMae Fouse (R. W. Clark); and his nieces and nephews, Jeremy Leon, Jessica Lawana, Jeanine Priscilla, Joseph Don Webb, Eli Don, Vincent Clark, Leon Alexander Fouse and Miley Dawn Webb. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles and fun cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to organizations that help people with mental health issues and homelessness.
