He was predeceased by: his son Brent; his wife Rose Marie Lindsey Swallow; and his stepson Hardy. He is survived by: his former wife Mary Davis Todd; and his children, Harley, Bryan and Becky. He is also survived by many grandchildren, many great grandchildren and 38 great great grandchildren.
