He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leo DeMont and Elizabeth Steadman Bills; his significant other Carolyn Carter Bills; his close friend Bob Burkett; his children, Greg Bills (Carol), Kathy Gramse (Russ) and Steve Bills (Lisa); and his siblings, Jim Bills, Ramona Wente (Brian) and Craig Carter (Toni). He was also cherished by eight grandchildren along with 17 great grandchildren.
