He is survived by: his wife Verlee Nadine Anderson (Penny); and his children, Michael Keith Salisbury (Debbie), Neil William Salisbury (LeeAnn), Leslie Ann Madsen (Richard), Sydnie May Harward (Garth), Susan Lynn Partridge (Bryan) and Sharon Kay Sistrunk (Nathaniel).
