We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2022, at the age of 68, Karla Ann Laing in Murray, Utah, born in Salt Lake City, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rulon Ray Timothy and Jenean Bertie Phibbs; her children, Jeffrey Scott Laing (ManDee) of Midland, TX, Laura Carter (Ryan), Salt and Krista Adams (Brian) of Eagle Mountain, UT; her siblings, Jenean Livesey, Joan Johnson, Vickie Pavlovich and Douglas Timothy; her birth parents, Rulon Ray Timothy and Jenean Bertie Phibbs; and her adoptive parents, Elbert McEwan Livesey and Ruth Ellen Hansen. She was also cherished by 10 grand children, 10 grandchildren.
