She was predeceased by: her husband Jay Bertagnole; her parents, Florence Hedberg and Kermit "Duke" Hedberg; her stepfather Mack Stevens; and her sister Anne.

She is survived by: her sons, Randy (Sharon) of Downey and Shawn (Theresa) of Seattle, Washington; her grandchildren, Angela (Steve), Kristin (Morgan), Jeremy (Ashley) and Madeleine; her great grandchildren, McKenzi (Derik), Jordan, Alexis, Kollin, Valiree, Juleus, Dakota, Angelo and Locklen; and her great great grandchildren, Dustin and Lily.
