She is survived by: her husband Roy Pugsley Monson; her children, Sheri Healy (Shawn), John Monson (Mindi), Diane Eaton (Aaron Geery) and Suzanne Higby (Trevor); and her sister Diane Roberts Godfrey (Lonnie). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
