He is survived by: his significant other Irene Dianda of Garden City, Kansas.; his sons, Julio Cesar Ruiz Jr. and Mario Humberto Ruiz; his stepdaughters, Rita Jones, Alicia Smith and Kayla Sanchez; and his grandchildren, Julio Cesar Ruiz III, Jullian Ignacio Ruiz, Jemma Isabella Ruiz, Antonio Garcia and Kyliegh Gonzalez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
