She is survived by: her husband Edward Perez Jr.; her sister Patti Wittwer (John); her children, Quinn Perez (Marjorie), Brad Perez (Diane) of Herriman and Rodney Perez (Connie) of Taylorsville, Utah; her grandchildren, Jill Reese (Curtis), Kristen Anderson (Jason), Angela Haskell (Beau), Nicolette Turner (Christian), Jacob Perez, Nathan, Patrick Perez, Samantha and Danielle Perez; and her great grandchildren, Damon, Markus Allred, Scarlet Anderson, Benjamin Reese and Nora Haskell.
