He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Afton Green and Mary Afton Peterson; his wife Bonny Lee Kammerman Green; and his children, Bradford L Green (Patty) and Camille Green.
He is survived by: his sons, Gregory B. Green (Stacey) and David A. Green (Meiying); and his sister Ruth Wiley (Harold).
