He is survived by: his wife Shelley Upchurch; his children, Nicholas John (Meaghan), Nathan Robert, AmberLynette and Amber Soules; his grandsons, Kiyon and Anston Soules; his sisters, Christine Pinder of Denver and Pamela Moore of Castle Dale; and his half-brother Robert Swift.
